As the Asia Partner and a faculty member for Lumina Learning, Elizabeth's role is to train and support a growing network of Lumina Practitioners and Strategic Alliances across Asia. Elizabeth also plays a vital role in creating new programmes and materials to add to Lumina's wide range of resources. When she is not running qualifications and developing her Practitioners, Elizabeth facilitates learning interventions for some key clients and appears as a guest speaker at selected conferences and events.
Elizabeth brings unique competencies from her extensive background in theatre, drama and communication. Inspired to be part of the changing business environment, in which relationship building, communication and collaboration play key roles in leadership success, she engages her clients in understanding themselves and their stakeholders better and translating this into effective processes for individual development and behavioural change. Elizabeth has trained in a range of facilitation and coaching techniques including Process Work, CTI, Ontological, Systems and Relational Coaching and has degrees in Theatre Performance, Drama and Teaching. Elizabeth is a Vice-Chair of the ACCJ CSR Committee, a member of the BCCJ, ASTD, FWLA and AWF.
I am committed to supporting companies in Japan and across Asia as they adapt to succeed in a global world. Diversity is a key issue at the moment and Lumina is ideal for helping people to see that each individual is unique at the fundamental level of personality. I am also passionate about supporting women move up into management and I am a co-founder of the Developing The Potential of Women in the Japanese Workplace Seminars.
