LUMINA SALES QUALIFICATION


The Lumina Sales Qualification is a 2-Day course providing pragmatic approaches to a range of sales issues and includes the latest thinking on sales and sales psychology.

Learn how to build your sales capability through identification of your natural strengths in the use of identified sales qualities and behaviours, and recognize opportunities for development to further your sales effectiveness.

Understand your sales style, where you put your energy during a sales process, which stages of the sale you exclude and learn strategies to immediately connect and build rapport with potential clients.

As a Lumina Sales Practitioner, you will learn how to facilitate and coach these learnings for others.

PRIOR TO THE QUALIFICATION

You must have had a Lumina Sales debrief of your portrait and be familiar with the Lumina business model prior to the Qualification.

 

QUALIFICATION AGENDA

Day 1 | Experience a Lumina Sales workshop. 
This highly interactive day will provide you with an inspirational experience using your Lumina Sales Portrait in a workshop format. You will experience ‘best practice’ in facilitating/coaching, with highly effective and proven processes. This will help you generate ideas for how the concepts can be practically applied in your accounts.
We will provide more detail on the background of the model, to enable you to have complete confidence, so that you understand it and can handle any learner’s difficult questions.

Day 2 | Theory and Coaching experience.  
The last day involves more practical experience on facilitating and coaching with the models. You will understand and experience the engineering behind the Lumina Sales Card Deck and Mats and learn to use these for various interventions. We will examine how the models can be used in differing contexts and generate quite different outcomes. Finally, ethical issues will be highlighted and the follow on qualification process planned.

 

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Lumina provides pragmatic approaches to a range of sales and influencing issues and includes the latest thinking on sales and sales psychology.

  • How your personal preferences overlay onto a Sales Model
  • Where you put your energy into a sales/influencing process and which stages you exclude
  • What you do with your energy when overextended and which stages are left unattended when you are in this state
  • Concrete strategies to embellish what you are already doing well
  • Awareness and strategies to deal with blind spots
  • Suggestions to temper overextended behaviours and attention deficits
  • How to facilitate and coach these learnings for others


You will receive all Power Points and handouts necessary to facilitate these interventions.

AFTER THE LUMINA sales QUALIFICATION

  • Send in your Lumina Sales 'three practice coaching sessions' feedback forms for review.  Due within 8 weeks following the qualification.

RESIT

Once you are Lumina Leader Qualified you are welcome to attend the Lumina Leader Qualification again. The fee for a Lumina Leader Qualification resit is approximate $100 per day + applicable taxes, depending on the venue. This fee does NOT include materials. Please bring the Lumina Leader materials received at the initial Lumina Leader Qualification.

Register as soon as possible for a Lumina Leader Qualification or resit. Each Qualification has limited seating to ensure a high-quality learning environment. New Practitioners are given priority seating.
