Herta is a psychologist and has a Master’s degree in Management. Certified in Satir Model Therapy and Qualified as a Lumina Practitioner for Lumina Spark, Lumina Sales and Lumina Leader. Former General Manager in the Manufacturing Industry. Now, self-employed as a trainer, counselor/therapist and HR Consultant. Since 2016 Herta also leads The Integrated Clinic, in Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia.

 

RIZKA GITA MIRANTI

Rizka is the CEO and Founder of GMT Consulting. She started her career in HR Learning & Development and had a Recruitment function in a multinational Oil and Gas company. She moved to HR Consulting a few years later. Being in the HR industry since 2010, she is experienced in the field of assessment, recruitment, training, coaching and HR Consulting. She has worked with various clients ranging from government to multinational companies and has helped the recruitment of more than 4,000 people. Passionate in people development, Rizka is also certified as an Ericksonian Profesional Coach and has completed its ICF Certified Coach Training.

Star graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti. She enjoys outdoor activities and brings this hobby into her professional life. Holding a Director position as a Training Consultant, she has been actively participating in various training and non-formal education to develop herself and others. This is her second year as a Lumina Practitioner.

Ira is a qualified Lumina Practitioner. She is an Environmental Consultant, educated in the UK. She has worked with clients to create life-changing environments that affect their performance and as well as their behaviour. She is also an alternative therapist and has worked with clients with various conditions.  Both experiences have given her a holistic approach when dealing with clients. With Lumina, she has been able to enrich the process further.
