In 2011 Helder became Lumina Learning’s Associate for Portugal. His aim is to implement and develop Lumina Learning’s range of innovative resources in the Portuguese market and build a professional network of Lumina Consultants able to develop individuals, teams and organizations. Helder’s goal is also to contribute and support the growth of International Lumina partnership around the World.
Helder started his career 20 years ago in the Banking and Insurance businesses, where he worked for almost 10 years. True to its entrepreneurial spirit, he responded positively to the challenge of TMC Belgian partners to create a Consulting and Human Resources Development company, intended to be different in the quality of their interventions and to adopt a different way of market positioning. Since 2008, his company has joined DOOR International, one of the biggest Consultancy and Training Companies in the world, with a global delivery capability in over 68 countries. Over the last decade he has had the privilege of working with some of the most important companies – some of which are included in the Fortune 500 – both in national and international projects. With a degree in Human Resources Management and Working Psychology and a Masters in Marketing Management he has simultaneously led different Consultancy projects in sales and management areas and has worked with people in different countries, promoting their personal development and increasing their inner leadership skills.

Through Lumina Learning’s innovative solutions I am strongly convinced that we can inspire people to raise their awareness and improve their performance, rising up to their full potential.
