Ingrid Wouda Kuipers
As Managing Director of Lumina Learning Strategic Alliance Germany GmbH it is my role to build a highly professional network of inspired, successful and motivated Lumina practitioners. This network benefits from the mix of practitioners who work in companies and independent consultants, trainers and coaches. After the qualification, I offer the new Lumina practitioners to support them how to best implement the Lumina tools with their clients. Our Lumina practitioners additionally benefit from the broad and long-term experience and best practice examples of our other Managing Director, Theo ten Hagen. Since 2010 Theo has been the Dutch Lumina Learning Partner (see also https://www.luminalearning.com/partners/netherlands-breda). On a regular basis Theo and I organise network events to share our experiences and to develop our Lumina knowledge within the network.
After successfully completing my masters degree in business management and an academic degree in psychology I worked in international management positions in the fields of strategy, marketing and sales, communication and public affairs for 15 years. Since autumn 2006 I have lived in Hamburg and founded my own company for business consulting and coaching. Since then I completed trainings to become a systemic coach and team builder at the Coachingakademie in Hamburg and became their expert for intercultural coaching. I have advised managers, teams and entrepreneurs in leadership, communication and strategy development issues, as well as intercultural and work-life balance challenges. When working with the Lumina tools I combine my long-term corporate experience and knowledge of business processes with my competences in systemic coaching and teambuilding. I have advised companies in an international and in a German context and offer consultancy in the German, English and Dutch language. My consultancy style is respectful, constructive and goal-oriented. My strengths lie within my enthusiasm, reliability and down-to-earth approach.
What makes me tick
I get really inspired and motivated when I empower people, teams and organisations to define their own solutions that are based on (unknown or unconscious) synergy possibilities, talents and strengths. Lumina plays a vital role in this process, because it enables respectful dialogues and internal reflections, gives access to personal and team resources and how to co-create results. Developing a professional network of highly motivated practitioners and inspire them to become successful in developing their clients with Lumina is what makes me tick. My motto is “The real secret of success is enthusiasm”. A great deal of humour and a big portion of enthusiasm are for me the necessary ingredients to build a successful practitioners network with satisfied clients.
