Background

Salvador is founder and Managing Partner at Delta Top Talent, an executive Search, Assessment and Training Firm composed by 8 partners and 11 associates representing prestigious international organizations in México:Lumina Learning Assessments, worldwide leader of premier selection and development assessment tools. Morehuman partners, the European leadership training and developing star. He began his professional career at IBM Mexico, where he worked in different executive positions in the Sales, Marketing and Human Resources areas. Later on, he was Sales Director at Apple Computer Mexico and later, co-founding partner and Vice-President at Grupo Qualita (largest corporate reseller of HP and Microsoft in Mexico at the time, with a workforce of more than 1,200) where he was responsible for companies related with Software development, Training and Technical Service, leading a team of over 250 associates. In 1993 he founded Delta Top Talent.
