A Lumina Partner based in Japan since 2010, Mireille has qualified over 100 Practitioners in Lumina Spark, Lumina Leader, Lumina Sales and Lumina Emotion. Born and raised in Tokyo, Mireille is fluent in English and Japanese and considers herself to be bicultural as well as bilingual. She has experience working with groups in Asia and Europe as a workshop facilitator, public speaker and moderator. Since January 2018 she has also been working with the Lumina Learning Global team, creating innovative Learning & Development resources for the Lumina Practitioner community. Mireille is currently studying towards an MSc in People and Organisation Development at the Roffey Park Institute with her research focused on the impact of uncertainty on small businesses. Mireille also has an MA in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster and a BSc in Physics from the University of Sussex. Outside of work Mireille is challenged every day to develop her emotional agility by her two small children.
